Adults Only Campsite in Devon

Sorry, but due to some major groundwork that we have been working on over the winter we are unable to take bookings for the camping field.  We will need to totally re-seed the grass and due to the weather we aren’t sure just yet when the field will be ready hence we are unable to take any bookings.  We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Moorview is also well known for being one of the most dog friendly campsites in Devon.

Four Star - Modern - Clean Facilities

Graded as 4 Star (Excellent) by the English Tourist Board. We have a modern commercial style launderette, and dishwashing facilities. There are no electric hook-up points for camping.

Free Hot Water
Campers have full use of the toilet and shower facilities (fully heated).We do not charge for hot water or showers.

Local Facilities
There are some excellent places to eat within a short distance, with a local pub 5 minutes walk away,this serves very good bar food and also has a separate A la Carte restaurant.

Bring Your Friends
Because the camping field is large, generally we are able to accommodate all sizes of tents and if you are coming with friends it would be very rare that we could not place them in close proximity.

Mutual Respect
As Moor View is so peaceful, we politely ask all our visitors to respect other people's privacy, and encourage responsible camping. Specifically, we do not accept all male / female parties where the party is larger than three people. We also request that radios etc. are played at very low volume.

'The' Dog and Pet Friendly Campsite in Devon

Moor View is a very dog friendly campsite and caravan park; we have two dogs of our own.  But we are not only dog friendly, we are ‘all sorts of pets’ friendly’, and we’ve had everything from tortoises to parrots, even a snake (in a cage!) staying at our caravan park.
